I used QuickLoad, it thinks RL-22 is probably the better of the two but IMR7828SSC is better, Norma MRP or Accurate Magpro better still.
I don't feel comfortable giving you load data from QL alone but I recommend the program. For me it's worth it.
There is published load data for H1000 and 225 Noslers but you will have to work out seating depth of TTSX vs seating depth of Noslers.
There is the 'rule' of using the starting load for a jacketed bullet as the max for copper at the same seating depth.
