Having a 300 RUM barreld in a 1:8.5 twist for 245 Berger's what powder would you recommend?

Your throat length and seating depth will influence the choices.

If you're looking for generic information, call Berger as they have information available.

:)

Personally I prefer H1000, then Retumbo. N570 is a good powder, it's like rolling an untuned Deisel blowing coal down your barrel, and you can spend the next 2 days scrubbing the barrel and cut about 300 rounds off of barrel life. There has also been a lot of very good results with R33. I personally prefer temp stable powders.

Howdy I did load development yesterday for one of my 300 Rum.
But it was with 215 Hybrid using N-570.
95grs was my max at 3307fps.
Found a good node between 93 and 93.5
I went with 93.3 all 3 areas produced 3220fps with. 2sd. The picture below was 12 shots at 100yds shooting the 3 different loads. C.o.a.l 3.855, 28" barrel. 4th firing on rem annealed brass.
Fed215M. Now I need to try it at 300 & 500yds. I started using 570 a couple years ago, not looking back.
Retumbo what I did use.
