For suppressed out of an CMMG carbine upper, I use 9.5gr of H4198 with a 220 SMK, scary quiet, all you hear is the action, no problems with ejection, picking up next round or anything. Check out 300blkout.com, lot of info on there, the best power for suppressed is supposed to be 1680, good luck trying to find it!
