What is COAL (rifling touch) with 230 Berger Hybrid and PTG 30-338 Lapua Rogue reamer combination? I have reamer print but im not sure about that diameter (rifling touch point) from print. Do you have knowhow about that? That COAL is important with magazine choices. lightbulb

I have a 30-338 Norma Imp with a .235" throat length. It is 3.615 to the rifling with 230gr Berger Hybrid Targets. With the same throat length in the Lapua case it would be .224" longer just due to the case length (2.5" for the Norma and 2.724" for the Lapua). That would be 3.829" OAL. If the throat is longer or shorter than that subtract or add the difference.
