284 Winchester with CFE223??

I was working with QL and came upon a load for the 284 Win using CFE223. Attached is the QL printout of the performance. It's not overly impressive, but I am going to try it for fire forming for my Improved cartridges.
question being..has anyone experimented with CFE in the same or similar cartridge? I should add the bullet is a 140 Sierra HPBTGK

My son tried it in his 6.5cm and had decent results. Speed was good. Cant recall the group sizes but they were good

Kinda apples to oranges, but..

I have been using 46.5 gr CFE223 with 150 gr TTSX bullets in my .308 Win, FN FNAR. With a 20" barrel I get about 2700 ft/sec. I burn through a lot of ammo with this gun and wanted a powder that metered well. CFE223 works just fine. Plus I have a bunch of this powder.

CFE223 is a top performer with 120gn pills and 7-08 for me
