I built a 25 prc for hunting rifle. It does great with 134 eldm and N565 powder, but when I drop down to 101g Barnes lrx with same powder it doesn't really gain much velocity. I want to try a faster powder like H4350 or something along those lines to get more speed with lighter bullets. Any recommendations or advice greatly appreciated. Edited to add it is a 23" barrel

Try a slightly faster burn rate than n565.
R23-H4831 for starters. H won't set speed records but sometimes it will get adequate speed to impress. Cool burning and very stable.
Nothing wrong with H4350 you mentioned, or N555-560.
560 is famous for 2 things: high speeds and temp instability. Its got a very high flame temp as well.

I have H4350 on hand so I want to give it a try before I try to find others. Any idea of a good starting point for it with 101g bullets?

I have a 6.5 PRC. Running 100 ELDVT at 3500 with 59.5 grains H4350. Ran 61 grains at 3580 but accuracy not as good. 2.944 OAL which is longer than book (2.85).

Thanks brother I'll try it today and see how it correlates over to 25

I just got done trying H4350 with the 101g bullets it brought it to life for sure got it up to 3650fps slight pressure there, but down in the 3550-3600 range no pressure signs
