Who has had success in reloading this cartridge with 127Gr, 128Gr Hammer Bullets or 134Gr Hornady Bullets. If so, what twist barrel are you using? I've talked to Hornady and they can't release any data until it' has a stamp of approval by SAAMI. It's still a Wildcat.

Accuracy is good on all of them. The hammer load is for CA hogs and deer and has smashed a handful. The hammer jumps far, I don't measure just load and go, the Berger's and hornady are somewhere between .02-.05 roughly. Again no measuring or testing I don't believe it matters.

I've never had a hammer shoot bad. My 257AI shoots the 75 HH and 90 AH great with groups under .5
AH are going to jump long, just the way it is. Its a bore rider style bullet. I jump my HH bullets .050
You dont want to jam a hunting bullets anyway as it may get stuck when extracted

I'd say go for it. Watch your TR throat length running Heavy Hammer Bullets.
I've got a wildcat 25cal AR15 running 75 Hammers 3365FPS. 90 Absolute Hammers 2900FPS, 117 Absolute Hammers 2650FPS. I'd really be curious to see what a fast twist 25 CM could do? 🤔

26" 25 creedmoor got me 3600fps without stepping on it too hard or trying many powders. 25-284 was about 100fps faster. That little bullet creates some serious tissue damage! But I prefer a 134 eldm or Berger for my all around hunting and shooting, a lot of my shots end up being 400+ in windy conditions

What wildcat? Love the quarter bores…
