I wish I could give you a 100% correct answer, but I don't dare try. They have to be 13-14 yrs old, I know they are Sierra Blitzkings as we used to shoot these by the thousands in 233.
They either came from Midway or PV in some type of a bulk buy and I for the life cannot remember if I was surprised by the packaging, or ordered these knowing.

More I think, they may have been packaged to sell to Federal and then were not taken. I do not recall Federal ever loading blitzkings, they did load Nos ballistic tips.
