180 Gr Barnes TSX with 1:12 twist?

Does anyone out there have any actual experience using a 180 gr Barnes TSX bullet in a 1:12" twist barrel? Online research and checking with barrel makers turns up that 1:12 will stabilize lead core bullets of up to 190 gr. The only concern is if there would be any issue with the longer all copper bullets. It is to be a rifle chambered in 300 WSM so velocity is likely to be about 3000 fps.
