17 hmr

Corey,

I have one in a marlin the thing shoots very well under an inch out to 200 yards, and very quiet, but they lack power, no good for coyotes but perfect for a backyard gun.

I have a marlin/New england single shot 17 hmr with a the 22 inch heavy barrel. It is accurate(1 inch) out to about 200 yards in low winds. By the way coyote runner i used it to kill two coyotes this year, both around 100 yards with the remington ammo.

Just now found this site

I've had a Volquartsen 17HMR for about a year now. I mostly punch paper @100yds but have found a few Ohio Groundhogs with it.
Groups at 100yds between .500 and .300. Rifle loves Hornady ammo the best.
