I am unfamiliar with the laws of Wyoming as they pertain to the specifics of these morons' 10k bounty. In Maryland, where I live, this would probably be considered solicitation for murder (i.e. murder for hire such as when your wife tries to hire a hitman to kill you over the new optic you just bought). The politics of MD would probably preclude prosecution of the loonies, however.
In Florida, an offer to pay for murder is NOT a joke and they actively prosecute. Have family there and the cops will troll Craigslist for everything from hitman hire attempts to busting hookers to grabbing people selling "great deals on new merchandise" (stolen goods). When you have lost faith in society, just go on YouTube and watch some of Grady Judds pressers.

Grady judd is someone we can be proud of. If more people were like him, it would be a better world. He is famous here in georgia.

I am not preaching a sermon but a little bible history. When GOD asked cain for an animal sacrifice. He brought him a vegetable sacrifice. That in my opinion was the start of the animal rights movement. Scriptures tell us that GOD was not happy with cains gift.
I kind of think this guy has no clue if someone gets hurt, his family, pets or home. Pay back will be a beech IMO.

In the states that I have called home, (Kali/NV/AZ) this IS called solicitation of murder, and is highly prosecutable.
I agree with an earlier post, the agencies responsible should go after this/these individuals and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law!
