What is a good venue to sell a 10X scope

First post here after learning a ton from the contributors here. My son has a Leupold Mark 4 M1 10x40 scope with 3/4 MILDOT reticle he's been trying to sell for a while through some of the standard online sites.
It's still in the wrapper; never opened. I know that a lot of people don't appreciate fixed power these days, but do any of you have a suggestion where he could put it up and get a better audience?

Depends on how much he wants for it. Maybe here or snipershide.

Pretty specialized/niche target market for that one, I'd put it on eBay.
 
If that scope model was used on a military sniper rifle there would likely be someone who is putting together a replica. That would be SnipersHide.com and SniperForums.com.

I have a few fixed scopes (10X, 16X, and 20X, but all are SWFAs, and I appreciate them

I saw this at eBay for what it's worth.

A friend here uses a 15-25% depreciation from the purchase price for a priced-to-sell item. But it boils down to Brother John's comment. GLWS!
