First Blood! 🩸 LOL. Taking the range queen to the hogs next couple days. 150 TSX running just under 2600fps. No way was I gonna roll iron sights now. Put an optic on the girl. I got this rifle new in wrapper/cosmoline back in 2010. First to shoot outside the factory.

Zeroing was easy. Elevation tracked per shot. I walked back & forth to the target to get the juices flowing and shot the wobble standing.

Update: I hunted with it for two days, but then it rained on the half of the last day. Took the AR10 708 for the rainy time. I should have just taken the Enfield, it's a military gun for F's sake, but alas, she my range queen and I pamper her.

Got home and for shiggles did some "proof of concept" shots at 150yds standing semi rapid with LPVO and the Barnes TSX. She done good! Top right hit was clean bore:

Now it' time to return to the iron sights and look into the vintage CMP matches.
