What your velocity like with H1000?
Barrel length?

It's a 24 inch proof CF, 1/8, 64.5 gr H1000 2890 fps

Primer still looks good but running out of case capacity.

Powder drop tube will help you get a couple extra grains in the case

That is awesome if you almost got to 2900. My 20" was most accurate at 2700 with h4831sc and the 175 eh. Still plenty for everything I would shoot out to 500ish.

I'm using one already, I have 4831SC, N565, N570, Retumbo and a few more, I'm thinking N565 should be good. H4831SC did great in my other SAUM with 160 class bullets

Pretty impressive from the 7 saum. This is with my "slow" 2690 fps load and a 175 Berger EH. Almost 1500 ft pounds at 600 yards if you are someone who subscribes to the energy minimum. 2890 is really impressive!

3030fps in my 26 inch barreled SAUM and the 175's using RL26

I'm using CCI BR2. It's also in a tikka with a LA bolt stop, my COaL is 3.025. My other SAUM on a SA is giving me 2890 with H4831SC, 24 inch also, 162 ELDX.

Another hike with the 6.5 saum but no bears Shooting the Berger 156s with h 1000 at 2950 fps really hope alpha comes out with some brass

RL 26 has been great in my 7 saum with 175 EH. 24" I'm getting 2950 fps. Brass is on 5th loading and pockets are as tight as they were the first time I loaded them

I'm really thinking about building one with a 26 inch barrel on a long action.

Waiting patiently for Black Canyon in Denver to get my 6.5 saum done. I just dropped everything off last week so I am guessing a few months. Here is my list of parts. Terminus Kratos Lite long action, Proof carbonfiber 24" 7.5 tw, Bix n Andy, Hawkins hunter bottom metal, Manners pro hunter mini chassis. I am thinking nx8 4-32 that I need to buy. 156gr bergers, ADG brass, Retumbo or H1000.
