Opener in MT is 4/15. I hope to get out! Stupid work is trying to get in the way though.

Anyone else going?

I drew a tag this year in Idaho this year that opens on April 1st.

I've never shot a bear. Been on the list for awhile now…

If not I have a good load with the 145gr blackhole bullet as well. Or maybe take the 27 Sherman mag with some 160gr trexs or 150gr SBD2s.

I want to use my new .308. I'm just not confident with a load yet though.
