Spring Brown Bear

I am going on a spring brown bear hunt on the Alaska peninsula in May. I was wondering if I should pack merino or syn base layers

Hey, I use Kuiu merino wool for most of my hunts anymore. The pants have full length zippers so you can take them on and off without removing your boots. Great feature. Also merino does a better job of not getting stinky as fast. Keeping your scent down is very important while bear hunting. Good luck
