Hey Guys, I'm new to this and trying to get some advice on purchasing a new rifle. I've been hunting all my life but never gotten into shooting longer ranges. I'm going to be purchasing a new rifle in the next few months and wouldn't mind some advice.

I've decided I'm going to get a 300WM because I want this rifle to be what i take on every trip and shoot everything with from antelope, whitetail, mule deer, elk, moose and maybe even brown bear.
I will be shooting from 10 yards all the way out to 700ish yards (possibly further). I've got a Leupold VX6 3x18x44 I'm going to put on it and my budget for the rifle alone is $2k.

Below is what I've found that I like and am trying to pick from, thoughts on those would be great and any other rifles you like.

Howa H-S Precision
Bergara Premier Highlander
Seekins Havak Pro Hunter PH2
Browning X-bolt Pro or hells canyon

The 2 fierce rifle I shot were excellent...every X bolt I have shot drove tacs--my good buddy has a 6 creedmoor in a McMillan xbolt and it is a 1 hole wonder...

I'd consider all but the Howa out of the ones you listed, and definitely look into the CA ridgeline and fierce mentioned. IMO the ridgeline is tough to beat for the price, and everyone of them I've shot has been excellent. The fierce and seekins rifles I've shot have also been tack drivers. The fast twist on those long Range browning x-bolts are excellent for stabilizing a heavy LR bullet (215 Berger hybrid) though.

Good advice I'd say. Definitely drop the Howa, the magazine isn't long enough to seat heavy 30cal bullets properly

Deep South Tactical have 6.5 creed rem 700 barreled actions for 999$ and grayboe stock for 200$. And soon they will run 6.5 PRC on Defiance Tenacity action.
