Help with feral pig meat recipes

morning, properly cleaned feral hog and javelin r excellent
table fare. I eat both regularly. BBQ-sear-bake and broil.
I have cooked any different ways. Delicious. with
larger boars,sows and male javelin cook slowly.
make sure and wash clothes, and clean hands
with colorex.sp kills any unwanted critters. justme gbot tum

I prefer to make whole hog breakfast sausage out of wild pigs. Its too easy and you just can't mess it up. And I haven't meet anyone who can't fry sausage in a pan.
