Howdy, I just installed a DM system on my 30.06 Remington 700 and wanted to share some pics with you guys. I purchased a set of bottom metal from Jeff at CDI Precision Gunworks along with two .300 Winchester magazines and had him inlet my stock.

If you're going to make a set of bottom metal with their magazines you might want to buy a few of their magazines so you can measure the ones you're going to use.
Rem 700 LA. I'm pretty sure the HS bottom metal will fit without adjustment. I know there's a LA Surgeons and a Badger version somewhere but how's the fit for them in an HS stock?
Best I could find was a pic of a 10 round M-16 magazine in a Badger DM trigger guard. If you've got a 10 rounder or can find dimensions of one somewhere you can guesstimate. I'm not sure how accurate any of this is for your problem but the best option may be to give the folks at Badger a call...

I was looking through the HS catalog and came across their HTR on the top of page 13. I've been looking for a day or so for their floor plate and 7 round detachable magazine for 338LM but haven't found them at any retailers nor are they on the HS web-store. Just wondering if you folks...
Has anyone ever fired a fixed amount of rounds through a particular rifle then weighed a soaked patch before and after passing it through the fouled barrel? If you vary the solvent soaked patch the weight difference will be indicative of the efficacy of the solvent.
