I use 35 grains of varget as well in a tika t3 with a 1-14 twist. I used to use IMR 4064 but when I switched to varget, my groups tightened right up. After reading what everyone is using, I see that H380 seems to be a very popular powder as well, I will have to try that next.

I shoot a tika t3 lite stainless in a 22-250, I seat my 50 grain sierra blitz kings to an o.a.l of 2.460 just off of the rifeling, the manual suggests that it should be at 2.350, should I be concerned that it is way off from what the manual states?

Thanks for the info, so then I guess it safe to say that 50 grains of either powder will be 50 grains, and that the H4831 will look a little coarser then the H4831sc.

I purchased a 1 Lb container of H4831 the other day to do some reloading for my 7mm rem mag, when I looked in the manual I noticed it had H4831sc for the particular bullet I was going to to load, can I use that same data that says H4831sc, and use H4831 instead?

I use a 50 grain sierra blitz king, and I have no problems with huge gaping holes. I have to look close where the bullet exited after the kill, but that being said, does not always happen, depends where you hit the coyote.

I use a Burris 3x9 40 mm on my tika t3 lite 22-250 and it has served me very well, it is a ballistic plex that has the holdover marks on it. I paid 200 bucks for it and if I were to lose it I would get another one in a heart beat, I personally do not think you need anything over 12 power...

you are correct it does not list it, but because it does not list it, does that mean I should not use H 1000 with that particular 140 grain game king bullet?
