I'm agreeing with Bucklowry and others with regard to the RCBS. My brother and I began using that in the early 1980s and it's still functioning fine. But we rarely do more than 100 rounds at a time, and our shooting is for practice and hunting.

Love that little round-bottom laugher. We used to have to prop up our younger son, Nicholas, to keep him from rolling out of the picture, but that was back in 1973 (we don't have to do that, anymore!).

I introduced a small lead shot in front of the set screw in each of my RCBS dies. That seems to have solved the problem for me...and it further protects the threads.
