well my 300 rum is almost done being built rem 700 with a new 28in barrel now I need some glass to go on top. iv never owned a quality long range scope just 3-9x40's on top of old hunting rifels. lemme know what you have I was hoping to get a used quality scope ! so I can start ringing steel way...

Will my 1-10 barrel spin those big pills fast enough i would have thought i would need like a 1-9.

Im looking for some long range bullets like the 208 a max or the berger 215gr hybrid. For the life of me I cant find them anywhere midway is always out of stock and my reloading shop isnt into long rage stuff so they just carry regular hunting bullets for 30 cal. Anyone know where to get bullets ?

awesome iv tried nosler 32/40gr and 32/40gr v max and 39gr sierra BK iv used benchmark h4895 w748 and varget ..w748 with the 40gr vmax is the only combo thats gotten me anywhere then again i have not used the seating depth method you gave me i just go off the book. i appreciate all this info !!

Im going to give it one more shot with a few dif seating depths if it does not tighten it up im trading it in on a savage model 12fv and that will save me the frustration and i wi ont have to spend a whole lot to get a new rig. wish everything i own was as accurate as my tikka with no time at...

Looks like ill have to get a bed job it would be unfortunate if I couldn't get these to shoot the 215's are almost meant for the rum... It shot the 180gr factory swift sirocco's at about 3/4 so it has the capability ...

Unfortunately that is the highest quality scope I own it was a 600 Dollor scope .... With custom elevation turrets after I get a load dialed in of course... My action is not bedded to the stock I bought a after market thumb hole with aluminum bedding blocks.
