I know there’s some carbon fiber chassis out there but another option to choose from wouldn’t hurt! Obviously the weight savings is great but I also really like when my hands are not freezing while handling a chassis made of metal. A collapsible option would be a plus.

I'm in the camp that earth tones that match the environment are plenty good enough to blend in. Some greens, tans, browns and greys work for just about any environment. Don't have to worry about buying specific camo for each environment with that logic I don't own too much of the expensive...

I agree that we have more control over hand loads. But theoretically, there is an ES and SD threshold that makes a load ethical for LR hunting purposes. To me, it doesn't make a difference if we achieve that threshold with a hand load or factory ammo. Don’t want to hijack the OP, I’m just...

Just ordered my first stock from AG. I’m curious to know how tight their action in letting is. For those that have used them before, if I selected my action when “building” the stock, will I still need to bed it when I put it together?
