i have the millet lrs-1. under 500 at swfa.com. best scope that i have used. lockable turrets, 35mm tube that comes with great rings.

i use fte often to compare loads i could make possible with my rifles (and dream rifles). I also use it's favorites list to save my loads that shoot well. Now that they have thr factory loads to choose from it is easy to compare manufacturers loads as well. Great program. It does work well.

I have a savage 110 fcp-k and hand loaded 208s with 79 gr h1000 for 2860fps. my best group is .277in at 100. i have not streched it out for groups but i drive out from the target and shoot off a bipod in the bed of my truck at diff ranges to see if my ballistics charts works out and i'm happy...

Does anyone know if i could possibly get a 208amax to fly at least 2850fps out of my 24in savage police rifle chambered in 300 win mag? I want to accurately place rounds at over 1000yrds. Are there other loads that would be better out of my rifle? Thanks for your time.
