The tube on the elite has the commercial diameter. But it has a flat end like the mil-spec version. Depending on the stock you might get problems locking the stock in the last position. I bought an mil - spect tube and an magpul stock for mine, because i don't like this "hybrid" stuff. -Sebastian

Mike, maybe it comes from the cam timings. Are you sure they match 100 percent at both sides? And at what ranges you tried to paper tune it ?

Be careful, I don't think the stock y - cables are long enough to work very well! If I put 1/8" feeler gauges between the cable guards and the cables on both sides, the cam lean is way too much! Those few twists you got are not enough, for the upper limbs. By the way, did someone know ( maybe...
