Dave, I agree completely. I find myself paying even closer attention to my reloading, I find myself trying to guess the wind all the time when just walking around doing everyday things, and reading everything I can get my eyes on about this discipline. This site has helped me tremendously.

Just how good is this scope? I am thinking about getting one. The reviews on Midway USA seem pretty positive about it. I guess what I was wondering was are the mildots spaced andncalibrated correctly? Do the turrets track well?

yes, I have installed a new trigger spirng which put my trigger pull to just below 2 lbs.

+1 for the Muellers. I have used the eradicator and the 3-10 x 44 Extreme and they track very well. Pretty clear optics for the price range too.
