Just for the record. I was able to get through to customer service today. They immediately took care of my issue. Other than the strange phone call yesterday the best customer experience I've had in a while.

I have an almost new Timney elite hunter right safety with bolt release I would do $100 Shipped for you. I Installed in rifle went to the range a couple times with a 700 in .243 then sold the gun. The guy who purchased gun didn't want the "after market" so I put the factory x mark back in. .
I am sorry if I confused the two issues. I am speaking of trim length of the case. The OAL of the loaded cartridge would be much longer than 2.560. Once the seated bullet starts to protrude into the rifling you are no longer in the chamber.

I just had the same exact thing happen as Tex_Hunter! That is why I posted this tread. My choices to replace my current Timney's be Trigger Tech (which appears to be in the lead) Bix n Andy or Jewel. I guess I will order a Trigger Tech and go from there.
I have seen other opinion threads on stocks, scopes, cases etc. Have not seen this one maybe I missed it. Please give reasons why this is your opinion.
