why do you want to cut necks ????? Do you sort your brass to start off with !! I have not done that in years- even for my Bench gun.. I'll do the outside just to get the high spots but that's it. Bad brass is bad brass there isn't much one can do with it ( use it for chucking / varmint ). I did at one time but a fellow Bench Shooter some years back talked me out of it.
