I would give my first born for 100 pieces of 22 CM brass. Built a new Creedmoore last fall, no brass anywhere. Gun sitting lonely in the gun box while all its brothers get to go shoot prairie dogs this weekend.

so I went to purchase another night force velocity 1000 for my latest build. Low and behold they discontinued that reticle. ***, those velocity reticles with the right hand load were spot on with no dialing of turrets. So the question is, what are the alternatives? Any good range reticles...

Went to the range and shot the loads I developed. I had loads from 95 to 98 grains loaded all set with a bullet jump of .030". Shot the first 3 rounds at 95 grains at 200 yards. Just a touch over a 1/2" group at 3039 for. Shot 3 at 96 grains, same results on paper with the velocity at 3059...

Nice mistake... I made a similar mistake a few years ago caribou hunting. My brother said, "shoot the 4th one from the right". I counted 1,2,3,4...Boom. He says, "nice shot, but that was the third one". Apparently he did not see the one standing out there on his own. It happens!
