x2 I have the same issue with my '06. I shoot a hot load through it and I can get the 1st 2 almost on top of each other but, that 3rd is always an 1" off. I'm thinking of putting a new barrel on it.

I just looked at their website and fell back in love with wood stocks. Are these stocks worth the money or is there a better choice?

95gn ballistic tip, that's a heck of a bullet for groundhogs. The ballistic tips are going to be my #2 bullet.

I've been kicking around the idea of using the 105 A-Max or the 95 Ballistic tip for my 243 m70. What would you use as a starting point the bullet or the powder? I hope this question makes sense. I haven't bought either, the bullets or powder.

I noticed that both of you two are shooting the Savage that has a barrel twist of 9.25. I'm hoping that my twist of 1:10 can shoot the 105 with acceptable accuracy. I say acceptable, meaning .5 @ 100yds would be good enough for me. This is my kids deer rifle but, I still want to go out there...
