thats a nice deer ......I have some things in the works to get my gun accurate for me.....I have a guy going to put a muzzle break and the go though the entire gun and be sure everything is tight and correct....he supposedly lives for this building guns like some of you guys...........

I shot this at a range with just resting my gun on my bag and the shooting table....

Thanks for the info...by the way I had the gun sighted by a freind 2 weeks ago and this what he does along with selling and mounting scopes and he had it shooting 1" groups at 100 yrds.....I just cant get it there for me.....

ok guys heres the deal....I just got a rum 700 with stainless barrel and walnut stock.... and went to the range yesterday for the first time....I shot 3 boxes of rem 140 grain ultra corelocks through it just to find that I cant control the guns recoil to get a pattern better than 15".....that is...

Hello, I am just looking for advice on a real good ammo for my new rem 700 ultra mag. i am going to the range thursday and cant decide which ammo to get...I was told 140 grain, but there is a few different types....I am hunting open marsh and will have shots up to 600 yrds.....i am hunting...

ok guys, thanks for all the info...there are so many scopes out there.....I have another option was recomended to me by a freind that sights rifles in......it is a Burris black diamond 4x16x50, with a 30mm tube.....how does this scope compare with the zeis conqeust 4.4x14x44
