Rechamber and open bolt face

I need a smith who can open the face up on a howa 1500 to from a 308 size to a magnum. I also need my chamber rechambered from a .260 rem to a 6.5 x 300 wsm. Any smiths on this board up to the task?, or does anyone know anyone who will/can?
