I use Retumbo in my 7mm WSM with 168 gr Berger H VLD's getting 2950 fps with 68gr. of powder, 2 thou. neck tension, 0.020" off the lands, no pressure signs. Load may work for you.

I have a 1/2 lb of Retumbo. H1000 and Re#26 have worked the best. I'm going to experiment with VV N565 and Ramshot Magnum

I admit that I don't know much about the 7WSM but that seems quite slow. Short barrel for a suppressor?
