Question for shawn c about "edge"

Have the chance to buy an unfired 300 ultra in a rem 700 sps stainless for $350 not too interested in the 300 ultra as I have a super accurate 300 win was thinking about a 338 edge and was wondering what would be involved besides a new barrel I have a hs stock and the ability to do stock work so what would it cost for say a 30" #7 hart installed and chambered and do you need special dies or does the 338 ultra dies work?
