I am going to finally start playing with a 30-378 I built a couple of years ago. It is a single shot Hall action with a 34 in 3/3 Pac-nor barrell. 1.35, no taper.
I have a bunch of Retumbo, H1000 and 50BMG. I am going to play with some 240 SMK's until the Berger 230's finally hit the market... then try them.
Anybody done anything with a 30-378 similar to this, what powder did you end up with and what velocities?
