Need a really good stock builder

Hi all, it seems that there are a billion stock makers out there. I am a few weeks from getting my Rifle back from Hart!!! (finally) and I had Richard Microfit mill me a varmint thumbhole from a laminated billet and it needs some final shaping and finishing. I was thinking about using that Fuller-Plast finish.

I also have a billet of Cocobolo that I am planning to have made into a stock but want to make sure that I have a really good guy for this one. the wood cost me $600 so I really don't want to take chances...

any recommendations are very helpful. Thanks
