Bank of America Tells McMillan Group to Find Another Banker

I tried to start my first account there as a kid, left ****ed enough I've never entered one since.

I decided not to bank with them when they started offering credit cards to Illegal aliens...this is just one more reason I'll keep away from them and bank local

I just closed my account! I never used the card anyway and this gives me a great reason to close it.

My only account with them is a Ducks Unlimited Visa, kind of ironic.

It will be closed ASAP.

Just applied for an NRA VISA.

I just applied (online) for an NRA VISA card. The online application page is NRA Credit Cards. The process ended noting 2-4 weeks to receive notice of acceptance by mail. The only question now is whether to shred the BofA card now or wait until I get the NRA card.

BTW, BEFORE I applied for the NRA card, I confirmed with the bank that handles the NRA card – National Bank of Omaha – that they are neither owned by nor in any way affiliated with BofA.

I guess my question is this. Why should WE...as individuals....give even a single hoot as to what ****ing contest BoA and McMillan get into??? Im not a stock holder in either; dont "use" either basically because of their Ultra high prices on items and dont even live close to either.

I payed off a loan that my dad had and they continue to send me inquiry letters regarding his status. I have sent them one, registered letter, informing them that he is dead. Im will not do business with them. Wish my dead father had not. Do not know what they want with more information about my father. Won't do them any good anyway. MTG

It's called speaking with my pocket book and not supporting those that have values drastically out of line with mine. You may want to try it some time. If more folks did this there would be far less people that had views far out of the mainstream having all the money and power in this country.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised there was someone on this forum that doesn't get this concept.

Because I can. I choose to protect the fredoms that I can. I will not freely support a company or organization that does not support the 2nd ammendment.

I think that you need to get a grip on life and realize that BofA is not messing with McMillan just because. They are messing with the reason that McMillan does with their business which is gun manufacturing. If we let one liberal anti-gun company have a success then others will tryto jump on and do the same. The only reason BofA has business is because of the American people. If they do something that we don't like and let them get away with it then they will try to get away with something else.

Sully if a bank sent you a letter and said that they don't want your business anymore because you have guns in your home wouldn't you be ****ed at that bank? Sure you would just go to another bank but would you recommend that bank to anyone? The McMillan company is all American. Guns made for American people And made by American people. That being said, I will stick with them and stick up for them because in the end scheme messing with McMillan is just like messing with all of us.

But from reading a lot of your other posts you are probably used to just sitting back and letting things happen just as long as it doesn't affect you. Well if this kind of thing keeps going on and the American people let it go then it will happen again and again. It may not affect you right now or in your lifetime but it might affect your children, grandchildren or so on. But it's not affecting or benefiting you so who cares right?
