Yes, this is current. I think the drawing is early April.

Competition closing is Thursday April 5. The reticle is a christmas tree with 2 moa between marks. "ZBR"? stand for Z - ballistic reticle? Checked the website under "long range shooting reticles". Notice is says shooting and not just hunting, in case you are a target shooter.
