I bought these little binoculars based on Ilya's review, and I can say I wholeheartedly agree with him;
This is a great little lightweight pair of binoculars for hunting, or for a compact space. The image quality is great, and color rendition is very neutral. The lower power also makes for a really wide field-of-view, and vibration-free viewing. She'd be keeping them if she didn't already fall in love with my Swaros!
This particular model is only available in the HD version now, and I can assure you the extra cost is not worth it.
- 6x32mm
- made in Japan
- Vortex VIP warranty
- non-HD version
- comes complete with case and neck strap
Asking $250 shipped CONUS.
Thanks for looking
I got 'em about a year ago for the wife to bird-watch through our living room window. They have spent most of their life indoors, although she has worn them on one day-hike last spring. These binoculars would pass for new, except the shoulder strap she was wearing seemed to transfer some dye onto the surface of the rubber housing near the bottom thumb rests. I can't get it off, although I didn't try any strong chemicals.I believe it to be the finest 6x/6.5x binocular currently available.
