I have a slightly used Remington 6.5 x 284 I'm not going to keep. I built it for long range, but decided to shoot my 280AI for that.
The rifle has between 200 and 225 rounds fired. No hot stuff. Never shot more than a 3 shot group before allowed to cool.
I have 50 unfired cases and 36 rounds of Nosler Trophy grade 130 grain Accubond ammo I will include with the rifle.
Here are the specs:
700 LONG ACTION
ACTION TRUED, CHAMBERED,AND HEAD SPACED BY ZEFFERS WEAPONRY
BARTLEIN 5R STAINLESS 27" VARMINT CONTOUR BARREL
HS PRECISION STOCK. I refinished with textured spray paint. Yes it has the palm swells.
TIMNEY TRIGGER.
REMINGTON BOTTOM METAL.
ACTION AND BOLT ARE CERAKOTED.
Work done by Zeffers Weaponry. Shoots sub moa with Berger 140's.
Sale price includes rifle only. Scope, mounts, and bipod not included.
Full disclosure:
There is a scratch on the barrel I tried to show in the photo.
The bolt release reset spring does not work. You have to manually engage the bolt release button, or fire the rifle and it will engage itself. My local smith did not do a very good job when he installed the Timney trigger.
Rifle, bullets, and brass all for $1750.00 plus actual shipping.
First I'll take it followed by a PM wins.
