I'm looking for a chassis for a R700 short action that I could modify to shorten the LOP range to ~10.5-12.5 to fit my daughter. Please let me know if you have one to sell.

MPA has a "Youth" Chassis that would work. (11 to 12"). Best Chassis on the Market!
I could order you one, but you may find one already in stock from several dealers in the color you daughter wants.

I put my kid in a brownells branded mdt you can add whatever buttstock you like.
Weight does add up though.
