To convert to a blind mag you need to remove you magazine from the cap. You will need the L-clip and a stock

Thanks stang! I actually just found this single shot load ramp made by sharp shooter supply that just slides into place at the bottom of the reciever and makes the magazine idea go out the window. I don't hunt so a magazine isn't necessary. Sharp Shooter Supply - The Savage Specialists and click on mags and ramp. 18 bucks and all the hassle of trying to fit an internal mag is out the window!!
