WTB Custom short action 308 BF $1000

Looking for a custom action to build a new 6.5 creed rifle. Need to be short action and standard 308 bolt face. NOT looking for factory or trued rem 700 actions. Bighorn, Curtis, etc... looking to stay at $1000. Let me know if your have something. Thanks
