Working out wind adjustment

Hi guys , im new to this site so i like to say hello. I am a novice and do not understand what or where i get a CONSTANT for the wind calculations under 100 yards. Example im shooting at 60 yards with a 10 mph wind, i times the distance by the wind speed and then devide with the constant.........how do i find the constant for this ? Im confused.............thanks

It looks like nobody else has a clue as well , does nobody adjust for wind ?
