Winchester 94 bigbore 444 marlin

I'm considering selling my 94 bigbore 444 marlin. Great condition. Has a weaver classic 1x3 scope in weaver rings, straight stock and 20 inch barrel. Comes with Winchester hard case, rear stock has to be removed, rcbs 3 die set, shell holder and 50 rds plus 20 once fired brass $1000 obo

Why does the rear stock need to be removed?

Too fit in the hard case! It's a takedown case. Great for traveling by airline. I've taken the gun to Alaska as bear protection and used it as a backup gun on elk hunts and as a guide gun when I baited black bears!
