These are 700 clone actions, extremely well built. The scope mount holes fit either Tally 2 piece bases or I had Farrell make me a couple custom rails for them.

Magnum bolt face (.540).

A Rem 700 is not a full round action, the rear bridge is different. So the hole spacing isn't the biggest problem with using a Rem 700 rail. The action shape is different. Most, or likely all, Rem 700 clone actions (Defiance, Stiller, etc) are full round actions and can't accept Rem 700 rails.

You would need your gunsmith to open up the bolt face to .585"
