If I was starting from scratch I'd gone xlr or mpa. In the end I milled a lot of material out of the stock and it wound up at 3lbs. A buddy has the mpa folder and it is 3.5 and not modified. If a person doesn't want the folder or the can the rifle would weight ready to shoot 8.5lbs roughly. Both are a requirement for me so it is what it is I guess. I don't mind a 10lb rifle with all the features it offers.</p></blockquote><p></p>
