Find a .0005" indicator and mount it on top the press to check for die flex in the threads. Then check to see if the press is flexing under heavy pressure. A thousandth there will usually give you two thousandths with a loaded round. After all that is done, do the samething with the shell holder to see if it's moving. If it is, it may need realigning with the die. If you see a problem try loosening the jam nut on the die slightly and loosen the shell holder at the same time. Size an unsized case, and retighten the jam nut and the shell holder to see if this helps you while still under pressure. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't.
