Where to find claddifieds rules?

I remember reading a set of rules for selling in rhe classifieds back when I first became a member.
Iirc prices, how to claim, method of payment, pics of item with a piece of paper wirh your screen name and date were all required.

Seems like lots of sale adds lately that ate not following rules.

I tried to find these selling rules the other day and for the life of me, my old brain can't seem to find or remember where the selling rules are---- can you lead me, or post a link to the sticky thread with the rules please?

That Is just "FAQ and tips and guidelines" for buyers and sellers...I don't really see any "rules" other than "no handloads" ---- as I stated above, there used to be "set rules" that you had to set set a price( no auctions), you had to post pics, etc., etc, etc....unless I'm totally glossing over it, I don't see any of those "rules" in the link you posted
