May have a line on a like new Rem 700 300 SAUM locally.
All original in black synthetic stock.
Anyone know the value?
Thanks

I've paid $800 & $750 for my last two Rem 700's

One before those two was $500, one before that was even less.

I may have one of mine sold for $1150…

I've bought a couple just for actions for short mag builds, I paid 770 for one, just over 800 for the other on gunbroker. I see more model 7s on GB than 700s but the 700s come up now and again and if a guy is patient he can get them for for a reasonable price. Good luck on your purchase, if your lucky the seller is asking sub 700.00

Depends a lot on what it is worth to you as a 300 SAUM. The SAUM isn't going to appeal to someone that buys ammo off of the shelf. A stock rifle will only appeal to a subset of reloaders. A 300 SAUM isn't something I would pick in a stock rifle because of the challenges finding brass or ammo. Market value is tied to demand. For me, I would only want to be into it for just slightly more than the value of the action.

I've been eye balling it too!
I happen to have a couple hundred new 300 head stamped brass cases that I got on a 7 SAUM package deal.
If I find a set of dies I may be in business.
Just don't want to overpay.
I know the interest in 300 SAUM isn't as strong as 7's

700 to 1000.00 if it feels good do it !

I have a new 300 saum stainless fluted barrel and I been looking for a action !
Good Luck and injoy it !

I decided to go ahead with it.
He had 3 boxes of ammo and I have brass so I'll make a go with it.
I'll look around for a set of dies now.

Thank you all for all the advise and information!

Someone said to post pictures once I picked it up… so here is the Rem 700 300 SAUM in a new stock.
